Overview : Plasticizers are plastic organic ester compounds, formed through heating acid and alcohol with the use catalyst. Plasticizers improve processing ability and transform physical property by being added to high molecular materials. Plasticizers are used to strengthen flexibility, cold-resistance, volatility-resistance and electrical features for leather, seats, PVC films and electrical cords.Aekyung Petrochemical has improved procedures of Aekyung Co., Ltd. which started production of plasticizers in 1964. Through the building of new plants seven times, Aekyung Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. has the production capacity of 350,000 tons per year based on DOP and has manufactured various plasticizers as a specialized plasticizer manufacturer. Aekyung Petrochemical Co.,Ltd. has achieved high quality and low cost of phthalate plasticizers through self-consumption of PA, the world's largest production as a single company. Our company is also meeting customers' needs by manufacturing high quality 2nd plasticizers by using 4 batch type plants. Application
It is heat-resistant plasticizer and is widely used for covering material of vinyl electrical wires as a heat resistant plasticizer. It is also used for heat-resistant wire, heat-resistant leather, films and compound. |
