Troysol Anti-Gel is a wetting agent designed to prevent excessive bodying, gelation, and seeding of pigment pastes and pigmented non-aqueous coatings.
Troysol Anti-Gel has been particularly effective in systems containing reactive pigments such as zinc oxide and red lead, to prevent excessive bodying and seeding when employed with acidic vehicles.
It has also ben used with highly absorptive pigments such as carbon black, iron blue, organic yellows, and organic reds, to stabilize paste viscosity and to permit higher pigment loading of the finished coating. |
