Panjin Far East Chemicals Co., Ltd., a sino-foreign joint-venture was founded in 2001. The shareholders are King Country Ltd. of Hong Kong and Far East Huajian of Beijing. The Registered Capital is 18,000,000. King Country holds 51% of the shares; Far East Huajian of Beijing holds 49% of the shares. The Chairman of the Board is Ms. Bailey-Huang from Canada.
Panjin Far East Chemicals Co., Ltd. is the largest Manufacturer and Exporter of Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) and Dimethyl Sulfone (MSM) in Asia, with an annual production of 10000 tons of DMSO, 1000 tons of DMS and 4000 tons of food-grade MSM. The company focuses on technological advances and strict quality control and superior customer service. The production lines have been designed to produce the highest quality materials, which conform to all international standards. Our "Jinxing" brand of DMSO is the joint venture's primary and is well recognized around the world. The joint venture is the only DMSO producer in Asia that possesses export registration, and 70% of the DMSO produced is exported, representing 29% of the world market share. The remaining 30% is sold to the domestic market, which represents 60% of the domestic market share. All MSM produced is sold for export to North America. The joint-venture is proud to be certified in conformance with ISO9002 since 1999. The joint-venture's high quality competitive prices and excellent international reputation have allowed the joint-venture to gain control of the domestic market, and export to more than 20 countries. Including: India, America, Japan, U, K., Canada, Argentina, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, South Korea, and Russia; The joint-venture has been granted a certificate of exempting them from quality inspections in both Japan and India. The joint-venture has four sales offices: in Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Henan and Chong qing responsible for domestic sales in China. Products are sold for export by the International Sales Department in Panjin. Working through import and export agents in Dalian, Jiangsu, Fujian and Tianjin.
