FOR ITS AFFILIATED COMPANY LOCATED IN EGYPT, THE ITALIAN T.I.D.E. SRL IS LOOKING for technology/ies that can permit to restart the operation of the industrial plant located in an industrial city near Cairo ( Egypt ),by using if not all at least a part of the existing assets.
WE LOOK FOR NEW PRODUCTION PROCESS/ES ( IF INTERESTED ALSO PARTNERSHIP)
We need to change the production in our plant and for this reason WE ARE LOOKING FOR NEW PRODUCTION PROCESS/ES that can make use of all or some facilities existing in our plant. THE PRODUCTION CAN BE FOR THE EGYPTIAN MARKET AND/OR FOR EXPORT.
WE ARE READY TO START AGAIN THE OPERATION BY USING ONLY PART OF THE PLANT. WE ACCEPT NEW PARTNERS.
The plant, located in one industrial city near Cairo ( Egypt), has good access, electricity, water, telephone, possibility of gas, and its assets can be summarized as follows:
a)- 12.000 Square Meters of factory surface.
b)- 2100 Square Meters of warehouses including 500 square meters of reactors area.
c)- 400 Square Meters of offices and lab.
d)- N.5 - Fiberglass vertical tanks, flat bottom, bisfenolic resin, 150 Cubic Meters Each.
e)- N.4 - 304 Stainless Steel vertical tanks, flat bottom, 150 Cubic Meters Each.
f)- N.6 - 304 Stainless Steel vertical tanks, flat bottom, 600 Cubic Meters Each.
g)- N.1 - Steel Tank 800 Cubic Meters;
The best utilization of the existing facilities can be obtained with a production process dealing with liquid products. Without giving priority indications, we think to:
1)- Foods - Dairy and/or beverages
2)- Agriculture ( liquid product for )
3)- Chemicals ( liquid products )
4)- Petroleum - Oil/others
For the restart of the plant we examine any other product, as the plant can be easily divided in two and also in three independent parts.
a)- One of them having a surface of 4.200 Square meters that contain the " N.6 Stainless Steel 304 TANKS, 600 Cubic Meters EACH" and a large free area where is possible to built additional facilities.
b)- A second one having a surface of 6.220 Square meters that include all the other facilities.
c)- A third area of 1.580 Square meters totally free from buildings can be added to one of the two above solutions or can be used as a third totally independent area.

SRL cerca tecnologia/e che permetta/no di riavviare un impianto industriale situato in una citta' industriale vicino al Cairo, riutilizzando se non tutte, almeno una parte delle strutture esistenti. CERCHIAMO UNO O PIU' PROCESSI PRODUTTIVO (SE INTERESSATI ESAMINIAMO PARTNERSHIP). Dobbiamo cambiare la produzione del nostro impianto e per questa ragione RICERCHIAMO UNO O PIU' PROCESSI PRODUTTIVI che possano usare tutte o parte delle strutture esistenti nel nostro impianto. La struttura esistente e' localizzata in una citta industriale vicino al Cairo (Egypt) completa di strade, energia elettrica, acqua, telefono, possibilita' di gas, puo' essere sintetizzata come segue:
a)- 12.000 metri quadri di superficie totale.
b)- 2100 metri quadri di magazzini; ( incluso 500 mq area di processo )
c)- 400 metri quadri di uffici/laboratorio;
d)- N.5 Serbatoi cilindrici verticali a fondo piatto in Fiberglass (Resina Bisfenolica),
ciascuno con 150 metri cubi di capacita';
e)- N.4 Serbatoi cilindrici verticali in 304 Stainless Steel, ciascuno con 150 metri cubi
di capacita';
f)- N.6 Serbatoi cilindrici verticali in 304 Stainless Steel, ciascuno con 600 metri cubi
di capacita';
g)- N.1 Serbatoio cilindrico verticale in Fe da 800 metri cubi.
La miglior utilizzazione delle strutture esistenti puo' essere ottenuta con un processo produttivo che tratta prodotti liquidi. Senza voler dare indicazioni prioritarie, noi pensiamo a : 1)- Prodotti latteari e/o bevande.
2)- Prodotti liquidi per l'agricoltura.
3)- Prodotti chimici liquidi.
4)- Oli e/o prodotti petroliferi.
Per far ripartire l'impianto esaminiamo ogni tipo di produzione. L'impianto puo' essere facilmente diviso in due ed anche in tre parti indipendenti:
a)- La prima ha una superficie di 4.200 metri quadri contenente i "N.6 Serbatoi cilindrici verticali in 304 Stainless Steel, ciascuno con 600 metri cubi di capacita' "; rimane molta superficie libera da strutture dove si possono' realizzare nuove opere.
b)- La seconda ha una superficie di 6.220 metri quadri e comprende tutte le altre strutture di proprieta'.
c)- Una terza area di 1.580 metri quadri totalmente libera da strutture puo' essere usata assieme ad una delle due strutture cui sopra o come terza area totalmente indipendente.

compatibilita' con "304 Stainless Steel" si puo' consultare in rete
