Jinghanjiang Cellulose Co., Ltd. is a hi-tech enterprise in Zhongxiang, Hubei Province.It has been authorized by ISO9001:2000 quality control system and also be accepted into National Torch Program,which is an
plan to develop high and new technology.
It is previously known as Zhongxiang Cotton Pulp Factory when set up in 1982. In October 1998,it was changed from a state-owned enterprise into a privately owned one. Now it possesses of two subsidiary enterprises, Jinghe chemical plant and Jingchuan Industrial and Commercial Company.
Its total assets reaches to46 million yuan.There are 292 staffs, and 67 of them are technicians. The company’s main products includes cotton linter pulp with a brand called “mochou”,and its derivatives named “CMC”. The total output of cotton linter pulp is 30000 tones per annum, and the products are classified into 9 types such as #5, #15, #30, #60, #100, #200,#400,#650 and #1000,etc. The total output of “CMC” is 3500 ton per annum.
The company try to be more competitive instead of bigger in scale; products the best instead of the most; make the progress in scientific research and management instead of in hasten. Thus the company makes every effort to built a platform from where it develops and emerges itself into the international market.
With their great efforts, many of their products are unprecedented in the internal market, and been accepted into the national program of science and technology research.
After years of development, the company has turned out to be a leading enterprise in the field and it wined much reputation. For examples,the cotton pulp such as type #1000 (#800 according to the standard of itself) was titled as National New Product in 1999 and it was brought into the National Torch Program in 2001.During years of develop, it has took a leading position in the industry with five firsts: the first provincial technology center，the first to be named as provincial neo-hitech enterprise，the first to pass ISO9001 standard，the first whose product was names as the national new product，the first whose products were granted as the national key product of new technology.
Jinghanjiang Cellulose Co,.ltd. located at the city of Zhongxiang which is near the Hangjiang River in the middle of Hubei province. The city of Zhongxiang is famous for its long history and attractive culture.It is the hometown of Emperor Jiajing of Ming dynasty ,Songyu and Mochou.
