Metallic and non - metallics mining properties in southern Chihuahua, including high purity extra white massive barite.
We are currenly in the mining of a massive deposit (SEDEX Type)of bright white masive barite(micrcrystaline)type taht has been exhibiting - via chemical and XRD testings on raw samples constant contents of 98%BaSO4, 1.2%SrSO4 and 0.7CaCO3 directly from our open pit works, which raw purity exceeds that of processed barite requirements for top of the line barium utilization such as blanc fixe and pharmaceutical manufacturing applications. While we have lump size barite already stacked for comercialization, our processing plant will be ready to produce 99%+ BaSO4 by the middle of March 2003 to enter either lump or micronized the market at highly competitive prices.
