Nanjing Finetech Chemical Co., Ltd was founded in 2007, dedicated to the R&D, production and sales of specialty chemicals and electronic materials. It has large-scale laboratory and production bases in Nanjing and Chuzhou, and has obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification, enabling it to provide customers with stable, reliable, safe and efficient products and services in a sustainable manner.
Finetech Chemical has established a specialty chemical production platform, with rich R&D and industrialization experience in the fields of high-pressure hydrogenation, high-pressure ammoniation, diazotization, as well as ultra-low temperature (-80℃) and high-temperature (260℃) reactions. Meanwhile, in the field of metal impurity separation for electronic-grade chemicals, it has successfully achieved the separation of metal impurities in a variety of electronic materials, meeting the needs of different customers.
