China Henan Chuangxin Building-material Equipment Co., Ltd. is a modern enterprise engaged in new building-material equipment, metallurge and mineral processing equipment, and integrating research, development, production, and sales together. The company is located in Zhengzhou City—the transportation junction city of China, and is founded in 1978. After 30-year development and evolvement, the company has already owed 3 branch companies and 1 machinery research institute. The land coverage is 50,000㎡, of which the modern buildings occupy 15000 ㎡. It adopts the scientific management mode of modern enterprises, and constantly strives to explore and create novelty products. As a result, it has become a famous enterprise of machinery industry.
With many-year accumulation, Henan Chuangxin has collected rich experience in production and management, and brought up a large number of technical staffs and management elites. Nowadays, the company has 660 staffs, among whom 180 are senior and intermediate technical staffs, and the medium-class technicians and above account for 60% of the total. Through constant introduction, digestion and absorption, the company has 100 sets of various large and medium equipments, and such workshops as casting, forging, thermal treatment, machinery processing, welding, assembly, and machine repair, etc, and the maximum capability of assembly lift is 120t. The main products of the company consist of five series, i.e. equipment of aerated concrete, equipment of lime-sand brick and autoclaved ash brick, equipment of sandstone making, equipment of metallurgy and mineral processing, and equipment of crushing, which can be divided into 30-odd kinds and 100-odd types. These equipments are widely used in the building-material, metallurgy, corhart, and ceramic industries, etc.
The equipment of aerated concrete cover cutting machine, autoclave, pouring machine, mould, hoist and so on. They are applicable to the production of aerated concrete block, which is a kind of good-quality, environment-protection and energy-saving wall material.
The equipment of lime-sand brick and autoclaved ash brick include box feeder, double-axis mixer, continuous slaking machine, continuous working-through bin, wheel mill, brick press, screw conveyor, etc. They suit the production of new-type autoclaved brick, which is also a kind of good-quality, environment-protection and energy-saving wall material.
The equipments of mineral processing contain crusher, ball mill, magnetic separator, flotation machine, and drying machine, etc. They apply to not only nonferrous metal, such as iron, gold, silver, lead, tungsten, molybdenum, and manganese, but also nonmetal, such as fluorite and quartz.
The equipments of sandstone making involve jaw crusher, impact crusher, sand-making machine, sand washer, etc. They are suitable for the production of artificial sandstone, which is used for the construction of airport, railway, expressway, highway, and large-size bridge.
