Taking the advantage of the worldwide development of electronics, automotive and healthcare, we started to produce cleanroom garments, wipers and other products. Our main products include cleanroom wipers,gloves,garments,swabs and bags with 1400m2 of cleanrooms and workshops,and Intellectual Property more than 68 items.
Lijie company is ruled by modern emterprise management system, and has been establised Board of directors, Board of supervisors, chairman of the board and general manager ect. The Board of directors is the only department that has the right to make important decision of investment and finance. All the other departments are surbodinated to the board of directors and implement their own function within being authorited.
The related department should advise or suggest reference proposal to the board of directors on the basis of enough investigation and study. It only can be submitted to the board of directors after the feasibility of the proposal being proofed by related authority intermediary organization.
