QDC S.A. is a familiy Enterprise with 60 years experience in the surface finishing and electroplating area, technique that consists in covering electrolytically a substratum to protect it from corrosion and wear out and to give an attractive appearance, with copper, zinc, nickel, chrome and other metals.
Our Company was founded in 1945, when two Chemical engeneers, Mr. Carlos del Campo and Mr. Carlos Morgan, began manufacturing polishing and buffing compounds, and related products.
Through the years, new products as metal plating salts, degreasers, pickling salts and special additives increased our activities.
Actually, QDC has 21 employees, and further to its plating line of products, represents and distributes metal, chemicals, equipments and services from major international enterprises, as INCO Lmtd., IMC Group, DeFelsko, PRO-pHx Inc., Process Technology from U.S.A., Siebec and Lufran from France, Soprin from Italy, among others.
During the last years, QDC has performed a great effort in the hot dip galvanizing area, providing to our customers the top of the line techniques and products in the pre-treatment of steel that reports great advantages to the galvanizing industry.
