F-2400E is a high molecular weight brominated epoxy polymeric flame retardant designed for a broad range of thermoplastic applications. F-2400E is recommended for thermoplastic polyesters (PBT, PET), thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU), alloys (e.g. PC/ABS), styrenics (ABS, HIPS) and others. The specially selected molecular weight and the chemical structure of F-2400E offer the following advantages: - High thermal stability and thermal aging - Excellent processability - Non-blooming - Good UV stability F-2400E offers a similar combination of properties to that of F-2400 for those applications where higher melt flow (MFI) values are required. |
