Foam concentrates are usable in P/E and P/P for foaming by themselves or as a nucleation during gas injection.
When used by themselves, a letdown ratio that will yield .5% CBA in the final mix is recommended as a starting point.
For nucleation, the 5% loaded products at 1% letdowns or less are suggested.
Foam concentrates for PVC and custom formulated CBA concentrates for polyolefins are available upon request. |
