Physical Character: Metformin hydrochloride is a kind of hypoglycemic drugs, is enhanced in patients with type 2 diabetes blood glucose tolerance, reduced basal and postprandial glucose effect. Metformin hydrochloride after treatment, insulin secretion remained unchanged, but lower fasting insulin level and daily plasma insulin level.
