ELFTEX 430 is an all purpose regular color pigment black with low structure, allowing for lower viscosity and/or higher pigment loadings in a variety of applications.
* Printing Inks: ELFTEX 430 is a low structure pigment black that is broadly applicable in a variety of inks, including liquid as well as lithographic inks. It provides good viscosity and flow properties.
* Other Applications: In addition to ink applications, this product is used in Power Storage applications and in GeneralDispersions.
The dispersibility of ELFTEX 430 pigment black depends on the equipment used and the formulation. It is more difficult to disperse compared to products with higher structure in the regular color range.
ELFTEX 430 is a pelleted pigment black with a typical bulk density of 27 lbs/ft3. This pigment black is also available in an easier to disperse powdered form as ELFTEX 435. |
