As the new generation of combustion supporting catalyst, it has some characteristics such as excellent overall properties, small removing property, and so on. As a kind of Bis-ferrocenyl derivative, 2,2-Bis(ethylferrocenyl)propane can improve the combustion rate and decrease the Pressure Index of AP-based propellants at the same time.
