Wire drawing machine
The whole wire drawing machine includes the host machine 1 piece, coiler 1 piece, decoiler 1 piece, tension device 1 piece.
The drawing of the welding wire is composed of rough draiwng and fine drawing. Rough rawing process is to draw 5.1mm welding wires into 2.25mm. The 7/450 series wire drawing machine is used. Fine wire drawing machine is to draw 2.25mm wire to 1.2mm and 1.6mm finished products, the 9/400 series wire drawing machine is used.
