(1).Crushing Process

Crushing machine is used for crushing the larger materials into smaller powder for supporting produce wood pellets.

(2).Automatic Transferring Process

This is production line is an full automatic production line. So after the material be crushed, then need one set Conveyor to convey it to the next machine Dryer by automatic.

(3). Drying Process

Dryer is consist with stove&pipes. Our stove is fueled by sawdust, wasted wood, coal, which can save electricity consumption largely.

The Dryer is specially designed for energy saving purpose, outside of the dryer is covered with special cotton material to prevent the heat outrunning.

(5). Pelletizing Process:

HSKLN Wood Pellet Machine is the most important part in this line. Pellet machine is professional in producing wood pellets.

(6). Cooling Process:

After cooling, pellets will be much more better for storing.
