The chicken feed pelltizing machine is one kind professional machine which is specialized in producing the chicken feed. Actually, this project is economical and reasonable for you. Because the material which can be used as for producing chicken is wide, they can be the grass,weat powder, corn powder,bean powder etc.

Pellet machine have some request for the material. Here I would like to mention that :

the best dimension of material is 1-5MM. Thus, If your material diameter larger than 1-5MM, then you need one se t grinding machine to reduce the diameter to small. Don't worry, we will recommend the suitable grinding machine according to the orginal diameter of your material.

(2)

The best moisture content of material is 15-20%. Thus, if your material moisture content higher than 20%, then you need one set Dryer to reduce the moisture content. Because if the material has higher moisture content, it will jam the machine during running. However, if your material moisture content lower than 15-20%, then we recommend to add a little water in it. Because if the material is much more dry. Then it is difficult to form into pellets.
