1. Raw material:
Wood pellets can be made from sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips or wood logs, any wood wastes or biomass straws, stalks, etc.
2. Involved processes:
A).If size of your material not suitable for making wood/ animal feed pellets, then according to your material size you need Crusher or Hammer Mill.
B). If the moisture content is too high, then one set dryer is necessary for you to make pellets.
C). For one perfect production line, you need one set conveyor to send the right material to the pellet mill to make pellets. This will be saved all the labour for you and time.
D). To produce the wood pellets. (I kindly mention that this is wood pellet mill is our new design series which are specialized in making wood pellets machine and install with gearbox, thus the rotating shaft would be stale.Meanwhile It adopts the rotating-roller and stationarydie working principle, then the final wood pellets will be high density,high heating value, and high output etc. In a word, it is the most suitable and professional pellet mill to produce wood pellets.)
E). The final wood pellets should be conveyed out by the conveyor again.
F). Since that, heat will be creased during product. Therefor for your better stoving pellets pellets, you need cooler to cool it, also if you want to save money you, you can choose one or not. It's up to you. But according to the full perfect automatic line, we will suggest you to match one set.
