Latex Lube GR is a non-toxic, concentrated, semi-rigid gel dispersion of saponified fatty acids and lubricants.
It imparts a reliable, flexible transparent coating with excellent lubricant qualities.
Latex Lube GR lubricant is commonly used as a stock dip in slabbing operations to eliminate clay and soapstone and/or as an extrusion bath to eliminate sticking channels and lips.
Air and waterbag operations have also benefited by the use of Latex Lube GR.
Latex Lube GR will provide a uniform anti-stick, transparent coating for unvulcanized rubber sheets and extrudates on all types rubbers.
This anti-adhesive is excellent for mandrels, air bags, cores, casings and extrusion drums to eliminate stock sticking of slabs and preforms.
This aqueous dispersion eliminates the dusting problems normally found with powdered zinc stearate.
For a ready-to-use solution dissolve 3 - 15% with water, depending on the application. Agitation may be needed to keep material homogeneous. |
