Shower glass is typically made of tempered glass, given its safety feature. This makes it less likely to lacerate a person that comes into contact with it when showering.
Tempered glass is also called toughened glass. It is made by heating flat glass to approach its softening temperature and suddenly chilling it with cold air, which produces highly desirable conditions of induced stress and results in additional strength, resistance to thermal stress, and impact resistance.
Glass Types By shape: Flat, curved and J-bend By glass: Clear, tinted, patterned/textured, and low iron-glass
Surface treatments such as screen-printing, acid etching and low-maintenance / easy clean glass technology are available
