Drying Machine To Reduce Moisture Content Of Materials
There are two kinds of hot air dryer ,one is with one stove and the other one is with two stoves.So these dryers have different capacity with different moisture content materials.
The dryer is use wood waste or coal or otjer fuel materials as the main materials for heating source. And the process for the dryer working is that 1: you need to ignite the wood waste withinthe stove. 2: after igniting the wood waste within the
stove, it will burn and generate the heat(hot air). 3: After the heat (hot air) generated by the stove, then you need to open the fan and then the fan will work and suck the hot air into the pipe. 4: after that you should feed the wet sawdust into the dryer, and the fan will suck the sawdust into pipe as well.5: finally, the sawdust will meet the hot air within the pipe and then the sawdust will be dried and discharged through the cyclone to the next process.
