Features:
a. Ring die pellet machine is suitable for large scale wood pellet line, and has reliable running performance.
b. The raw materials for making biomass pellets can be sawdust, branches, straw, bamboo powder, cotton stalks, peanuts shell, straw, clover, cotton seed shell etc.
c. Raw material water requirement is 15%-18% before pelleting.
d. E.P Ring die pellet mill has compact structure, good appearance, and high yield, less consumption, use convenient, reliable performance etc.
e. Ring die pellet machine can make wood pellets with diameter of 2, 3, 4,5,6,8,10 mm, clients can choose the different sizes according to actual needs.
f. Wood pellets density: 1.0-1.3 t/m3.
g.Wood pellet machine drying system adopts SKF Bearing and NAK oil seal.
h. E.P can design and produce the wood pellet whole production line, including crushing system, drying system, pelleting system, cooling system, packing system and conveying system.
With regard to the capacity of the pellet production line, it will be different for feeding different raw materials, as the density of raw materials are different.
