Akrochem Peptizer 9349
Modified Alkyl Sulfide Hydrocarbon Mixture
137-26-8
This polychloroprene processing aid lowers viscosity during processing without lowering the durometer of the cured compound and without a significant affect on the rate of cure.
It greatly improves shelf aging of the uncured polychloroprene compounds and improves scorch resistance.
It is recommended for use in all mercapto-modified types of polychloroprene.
It is also recommended at a 1 to 1 ratio with Akrochem Peptizer 9344.
Akrochem Peptizer 9349 should be added early in the mixing cycle and zinc oxide should be added last.
