Dapoxetine
Main use: cure PE(Premature Ejaculation). Dapoxetine was originally an antidepressant and one of the side effects of several antidepressants is retarded ejaculation (an inability to reach orgasm), inability to sustain an erection or impotence.
Mechanism: Dapoxetine, a new antidepressant, has been found to be safe and effective for the treatment of premature ejaculation. It is a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) with a short half-life developed specifically for the treatment of men with PE. Dapoxetine has inhibitory effects on serotonin reuptake and the time to maximal plasma concentration is only 1 hour.
Dosage: 60-100mg/day
