Agricultural Solvent - Used as a solvent for agricultural pesticides to make a water soluble emulsion.
Dye Carrier - Primarily for polyester fibers: overall cost is lower than many other carriers, low toxicity and higher flash point.
Scouring Agent - Prepares fabrics for dyeing by cleaning and sensitizing for better dye acceptance.
Paints - Used in paint stripper formulations or as a paint thinner.
Adhesives - Used as a solvent in adhesive formulations.
Textile soaps - Used with other material to form cleaning compounds.
Cleaner - Industrial solvent used to remove or prevent sludge, carbon and grease deposit build-up in machinery. Extends or replaces Orthodichlorobenzene.
Trichlorobenzene Diluent - Acts as a freeze point depressant. Can also replace trichlorobenzene.
Rubber Removal - Low cost means for removing latex linings from tanks or rubber from concrete surfaces, i.e., airport runways.
Oil Additive - Sludge solvents prevent grimy deposits from forming in tanks and furnaces where No.6 fuel oil is used. . |
