| Flibanserin can modestly improve sexual function (10% higher than placebo) compared mainly in premenopausal women with sexual desire disorder (HSDD), who have a severely reduced interest in sex. For men, Flibanseride is different from sildenafil (Virgin), which is taken pre-needed (before sex) and works by increasing blood flow to the penis. Flibanserin has to be taken daily and it acts on regulatory areas of the brain. Flibanserine Chemicalbook has serious potential side effects, including very low blood pressure, fainting, and nausea. These risks increase and become more severe if a woman consumes alcohol or uses birth control pills. Indications Flibanseramide has shown its affinity for 5-HT1A and 5-HT2 receptors and is therefore also a promising therapeutic agent for the treatment of various diseases such as depression, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, anxiety sleep disorders, sexual and psychiatric disorders, and age-related memory impairment. |
