Vardenafil hydrochloride powder,also called vardenafil HCL powder,is one of a enzyme phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitors.This enzyme is responsible for the degradation of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP),a molecule that plays a crucial role in the erectile process.
During sexual arousal,nitric oxide is released in the erectile tissue of the penis (corpus cavernosum),which then stimulates the enzyme guanylate cyclase.This enzyme increases levels of cGMP,which in turn relaxes the smooth muscle cells in the corpus cavernosum.The relaxation of these muscles allows more blood to flow into the penis,leading to an erection.
By inhibiting PDE5,AASraw vardenafil hydrochloride powder prevents the breakdown of cGMP,thus maintaining higher levels of this molecule and prolonging its effects.This results in sustained muscle relaxation and blood flow,thereby aiding in the maintenance of an erection during sexual activity.
