Mackam HV is an amphoteric surfactant made from a very high purity grade of oleic acid.
It is an excellent conditioning agent for both hair and skin care products.
When combined with anionic surfactants it will impart a smooth "silky" feel to the hair or skin.
Mackam HV will also aid in building the viscosity of anionic surfactant systesms. It is also non-toxic, biodegradable, and relatively mild to the skin and eyes.
