| Microspersion 19 |

MICROSPERSION 19 is a unique dispersion of finely micronized Polyethylene, PTFE, and Amide waxes.
This wax combination has been dispersed at 25% into an acrylic vehicle.
No dispersants have been used in order to provide a trouble free, pourable wax dispersion.
MICROSPERSION 19 allows the formulator to use highly efficient micronized waxes in liquid form.
MICROSPERSION 19 has been specifically formulated to provide a combination of abrasion, scratch and heat resistance while imparting a smooth feel and excellent release properties.
Additions of 2.0 - 6.0% (by weight) of MICROSPERSION 19 will provide optimum performance.
MICROSPERSION 19 can be used in all types of printing inks, paints and coatings.
However, it is especially recommended for use in the following areas:
water based printing inks, lacquers and coatings (paper, film and foil), wood and leather finishes, coil coatings, industrial finishes, and water based can coatings. |
