				| MPP-620XF | | | | MPP-620 is a finely micronized Polyethylene. Additions of 1-3% (by weight) will impart excellent rub and mar resistance and surface slip to printing inks, paints and coatings.
Due to the fine particle size of MPP-620, prior compounding or grinding is not necessary.
Incorporation into most coatings can be readily achieved with high speed mixing equipment.
MPP-620 has been formulated to provide excellent heat resistance and will impart greater resistance to solvent absorption and swelling than micronized synthetic waxes.
MPP-620 is available in four particle sizes.
MPP-620XF is micronized to a 1.0-1.5 NPIRI grind.
MPP-620 is recommended for use in the following: IR, UV, heat-set web offset and quick setting sheet fed printing inks, metal decorating paints and printing inks(conventional and non varnish types), coil coatings, powder coatings and high gloss overprint varnishes.
MPP-620 has shown to provide excellent anti-blocking properties when added to flexographic and gravure inks, as well as, water and solvent based wood finishes.
