Octoguard FR-10 is an excellent and economical flame retardant dispersion intended for direct addition to water-based polymer compounds, e.g., latex adhesives, binders, coatings, and foams.
This product offers high flame retardant effectiveness, high purity, excellent heat stability, and low cost. It functions as a synergist with halogen sources such as chlorides or bromides. Base antimony oxide for the Octoguard FR-10 is a high-tint grade, low particle size, with an excellent white masstone.
Normal use level is 5.0 - 15.0 parts per hundred on the dry weight of the polymer. |
