Octocure ZBZ-50 is a 50% active, ready to use form of accelerator for latex compounding. Typical use level is from 1 - 1.5 parts per hundred in SBR and Natural latex compounds, usually in conjunction with secondary accelerators such as ZMBT.
Octocure ZBZ-50 is used in vulcanization processes where the formation of volatile itrosoamines is to be reduced.
Zinc dibenzyldithiocarbamate has approval by the FDA for use under the following: CFR 21, Sections 175.105, 177.2600. |
