Santoweb DX,a treated cellulose fiber product,provides reinforcement for uncured and cured rubber compounds,increases product stiffness,and reduces cut growth rate in NR,SBR,BR,and CR compounds.
* MAJOR APPLICATIONS AND PROPERTIES
- Santoweb DX can be used for tire tread compounds for highway truck and OTR applications,tire bead wrap,power transmission belts,uncured roof sheeting,and static rubber articles requiring cut growth resistance.
- Santoweb DX increases elongation and compression stress levels of rubber compounds.
- It increases compound green strength,reduces die swell and cold flow.
- Santoweb DX discolors because it is black,but does not cause compound staining. |
