SILVERSHIELD 320 is an odorless 100% water-based, NON VOC specialty release agent. SILVERSHIELD 320 is designed primarily for use as a semi-permanent sealer/release coating for mandrels used in filament/pre-preg windings.
SILVERSHIELD 320 can also be applied directly on top of the Zyvax WATERSHIELD and ENVIROSHIELD release agents to improve surface adhesion for low tack prepregs.
SILVERSHIELD 320 when combined with our water-based cleaner, WATERCLEAN, can provide a solvent-free release system.
* SILVERSHIELD 320 USES:
- recommended for releasing epoxies, phenolics, polyester resins, polyimides, polybismaleimides, various rubbers and elastomers.
- specified for applications where the use of flammable products or solvent based materials are not desired. |
