Tiona RCL-3 is a heavily treated pigment designed to give excellent hiding power and good film integrity in flat emulsion paints formulated above critical PVC. Tiona RCL-3 also provides easy incorporation and excellent stability in the finished paint as well as high dry-hide opacity.
Tiona RCL-3 is recommended for evaluation in:
- High PVC flat interior emulsion paints, Matt exterior emulsion paints
- Interior textured emulsion paints, Ceiling paints
- Matt water based inks, Paper and textile coatings |
