Troythix 42BA is a liquid designed to increase the viscosity of nonaqueous resin systems by means of a hydrogen bonding mechanism which couples together molecules of the vehicle.
Other rheological properties are normally not affected.
Troythix 42BA is effective with a variety of resin types including:
- Long, medium, and short oil alkyds
- Epoxy esters
- Styrene and vinyl toluene modified alkyds
- Oil modified urethanes
- Oleoresinous varnishes |
