Engelhard ASP hydrous aluminosilicates are used as extenders and additives in the coatings, inks, adhesives, plastics, rubber and paint industries.
They are available in a wide range of grades (see below) and offer many performance benefits, including excellent titanium dioxide extension, improved color, gloss control, dispersion, stain resistance and enamel holdout.
For example, in adhesive applications, ASP functional extenders improve and speed wet tack, increase viscosity, speed drying and reduce costs.
Fine particle-size, standard brightness grade with neutral pH used in water-borne semi-gloss coatings and gravure ink applications where shot milling is available.
This product also is used in rubber reinforcement applications. |
