| Product 50-LB-5120 is composed of metallic stearate, uniquely dispersed in a thermoplastic binder, and it is available in pellet form for ease in handling. This product offers the plastics processor increased productivity with a combination of internal and external lubrications. It provides better mold release for injection and blow molding, and improved surface slip, anti-block and anti-tack properties in film and sheeting operations. This product can improve melt flow, mold fill-out and cycle speed at lower stock temperatures and pressures. The product is multi-compatible with various thermoplastic resins (PVC, ABS, PS, PE, PP, Nylon...), and it provides desirable results at 0.50 to 2% usage level. |
