The products DEHYDAT 10 and DEHYDAT 12 are suitable for use as antistatic agents in many thermoplastics, in particular polyolefins and polystyrene.
A) Polyolefins:
The following concentrations of DEHYDAT 10 and DEHYDAT 12 bring about a good antistatic effect with polyolefins:
LDPE: 0.05 to 0.5%
HDPE: 0.1 to 1.0%
PP: 0.1 to 1.0%
B) Polystyrene:
Both DEHYDAT types are suitable for use as anti-static agents, in concentrations of 1.0 - 1.5%, in polystyrene |
