DEHYDAT 52 is recommended for use as an internal antistatic agent with polymers such as PE, PP, ABS and PS.
The dosage depends on the particular polymer and the type of processing to which it is subjected.
The following values can be taken as a guideline for the use of DEHYDAG 52:
LDPE films: 0.05-0.1%
LDPE bottles: 0.10-0.5%
HDPE bottles: 0.10-1.0%
PP film: 0.10-0.5%
ABS: 0.50-1.5%
PS: 2.00-2.5% |
