| A unique flame retardant plasticizer designed as a synthetic equivalent to trixylenyl phosphate. As with all triaryl phosphates, KRONITEX 200 provides both flame retardant and plasticizer properties for use in PVC compounds. It offers low volatility, excellent resistance to extraction by solvents, and superior electrical proeprties. PVC applications include wire and cable sheathing, conveyor belting, plastisols, wall covering, etc. In addition, KRONITEX 200 is a good plasticizer for nitrocellulose lacquers and coatings producing tough clear films. It is compatible with most cellulose polymers imparting both flame retardancy and plasticization. |
