DESCRIPTION:SB-402 is a highly functional, carboxylic acid and anhydride containing methacrylate oligomer, blended in a 50:50 mixture of ethyl-3-ethoxy propionate (EEP) solvent and 2-methoxy propanol (PM alcohol) solvent. It offers fast cure speed and excellent copper adhesion. SB-402 has a high acid number for alkali strippability. SB-402 also provides good solvent and acid resistance and excellent high gloss and aqueous development.
