Benzotriazole Light Stabilizer
Lowilite 29 is an ultraviolet light absorber belonging to the benzotriazole class of UVAs.
Lowilite 29 is a strong ultraviolet light absorber in the 300 - 400 nm region. Lowilite 29 provides effective light stabilization and prevents the yellowing and degradation of polymers such as polyolefins, polyvinylchloride, unsaturated polyester, acrylics and ABS. Lowilite 29 can be used alone or in combination with other stabilizers, such as antioxidants, thiosynergists, lactones and other light stabilizers.
The use of proper protective equipment is recommended. Excess exposure to the product should be avoided. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store the product in a cool, dry, wellventilated area away from incompatible materials. Unless stated, proper storage will permit usage of the product for 6 to 12 months from the date of receipt.
