ECOZYME is a formulated product of hemicellulases containing endoxlanase as the major active component.
It is produced using recombinant DNA technology from a proprieatry selected bacterial strain and is free of detectable cellulase activity (<0.01 % of xylanase activity).
It is effective as a bleaching pre-treatment stage for both hardwood and softwood chemical pulps.
ECOZYME has applications in the bleaching of both hardwood and softwood chemical pulps.
The recommended dosage for such materials is between 1000 and 5000 IU per oven dry kilogram of pulp. |
