AKROCHEM Accelerator R is recommended for uses where a non-blooming or non-staining sulfur donor is required.
It contains approximately 27% sulfur, which is released at curing temperatures.
Additional acceleration by thiazoles, sulfenamides, or thiurams is recommended.
It can be used for EV or semi-EV compounds as a partial or complete replacement for elemental sulfur.
It provides excellent aging resistance in synthetic and natural rubbers, including heat and reversion resistance. |
