Antioxidant 58 is a non-staining antioxidant that can be used in white or dark colored rubber compounds resulting in cured protection against oxygen, heat crazing, and rubber poisoning by metals.
It is not effective for antiflexcracking (except in polychloroprene where it markedly improves flexcracking resistance) or antiozonant conditions.
Antioxidant 58 can exhibit a brightening effect on transparent goods if not used in excess of 0.50 phr. |
