| PROAID PEP |

Akrochem’s Proaid PEP is a mixture of zinc salts of high molecular weight fatty acids.
It can be used as a processing aid for natural and synthetic rubber.
Provides excellent mill release in epichlorohydrin materials.
The dosage for Proaid PEP is 2 to 5 phr, depending on the polymer and the process.
Proaid PEP may be used:
- To obtain lower power consumption during the mixing cycle
- To obtain lower dumping temperature
- To obtain lower Mooney viscosity in combination with chemical peptizers
- To improve vulcanization uniformity
- To improve filler dispersion in dry compounds |
