Akrochem’s Proaid MX is a dark colored homogenizing agent and softening resin for use in most all elastomers.
Proaid MX improves the blending of elastomers, reduces compound viscosity and improves processing.
For optimum blending of polar and non-polar elastomers, it is recommended that the polymers and Proaid MX be blended first, before adding the other compound ingredients.
Usage level of Proaid MX is 5 - 15 PHR.
