KJ-8000M, Dimethyl Phthalate, is a colorless, high-boiling liquid that is soluble with alcohols and ethers but insoluble in water.
It features high solvency power, good stability to ultraviolet light and heat, and a wide range of compatibility with cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate butyrate, polystyrene, polyvinyl acetate, polyvinyl butyral, and polyvinyl chloride.
If it is used as a plasticizer for cellulose esters, it will impart good flow, processing temperature and mechanical properties. |
